CELL GROUPS
From the start of the new testament church people met at church and continued meeting at home, sharing the word and growing together as a family and God added to the number of the church daily.
As a cell in the body multiplies the body grows, likewise as the cell groups multiply the church grows.
Every disciple will grow spiritually, emotionally and in every area of their life by being active in a cell group.
Acts 2:46-47
46 Day after day they met in the temple [area] continuing with one mind, and breaking bread in various private homes. They were eating their meals together with joy and generous hearts, 47 praising God continually, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord kept adding to their number daily those who were being saved.
EVANGELISM
The first thing that Jesus did was to call the disciples and their main function was to be fishers of men. As a believer and a disciple of Jesus you will become a fisher of men by doing evangelism and bringing them into the kingdom of God. In Hermanus we are familiar with the joys of catching fish. God wants us to experience the same joy to reach the lost with the gospel.
Matthew 4:18-20
18 While walking by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon (who is called Peter) and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen. 19 And he said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”[a] 20 Immediately they left their nets and followed him.
WELFARE
The welfare team focuses on bringing comfort, care and support to those in need. God does not only just want us to pray for them but meet their physical needs. It is the heart of God to look after the people that is in need and distress and he expects the church to do that.
James 1:27
27 Pure and unblemished religion [as it is expressed in outward acts] in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit and look after the fatherless and the widows in their distress, and to keep oneself uncontaminated by the [secular] world.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
Our Children’s Church is from the age of 3 – 10 years. The Word is shared in a fun and creative way to their level of understanding. The designed Curriculum aims at laying a solid foundation in their spiritual walk.

WORSHIP
God desires true worshipers who will worship Him in spirit and in truth. The main function of the Worship ministry is to connect the congregation with God through worship and allow God to move upon His people.
John 4:23 (NIV)
23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.
